Of is often weak and not stressed (not always) because it’s a function word.

Examples:
I kind of like it.
We have plenty of time.
He’s been sort of angry today.
I live north of here

When of is at the end of the sentence, it is still unstressed (weak), but can be pronounced əv or ɒv
“Yeah, sort əv”
“Yeah, sort ɒv”

'Of' is often weakened down to JUST a schwa.

Sort of – Sortə
Type of – Typeə
South of – Southə
