Mr. L, I can't thank you enough for answering my questions in office hours yesterday! Your resume advice is huge, and I especially loved the point of a resume being a marketing document, not just a job history. That alone gave me a whole new perspective of my resume also. All of it huge! Much peace to you and yours.

2nd question from this am, this one about interviews. Is it appropriate in the interview to tell them I have identified their company as a company that meets my research requirements (my #1 pick), and also to tell them I’ve identified key factors I’m looking for in a new job...And use this as a segue into my questions.
Thank you!
LOVE these live calls!

This was another great LOH session, thank you for all you do, Andy.
I wanted to ask a clarifying question on the resume template. The font is 10.5, is this correct, or is it operator error on my part? 🤦‍♀️. I know you have done extensive research on formats.

Hey, Andy. Thank you for replying to my question about finding suitable jobs. I am going to check out the you science site.

When I'm researching. Is it okay to search jobs that involve *insert skill, requirement, interest, etc?

Thank you. I hope you enjoyed your trip.

Ps I ordered your interview intervention. Thank you!

During an interview, how do you not talk too much, but you are to get the interviewees to care about hiring you?

Sir, an HR recruiter called me yesterday. This is after a telephonic interview with a senior consultant. The recruiter asked me when I can join and what sort of compensation I'm looking for. I did not tell her a number with regards to the compensation. I said I will be able to make an educated guess only after the face to face interview. She said she'd schedule an interview for today but she did not call today. Now, I want to get this job. Should I call her on Monday or just wait? Please help. I am getting anxious.
