I don’t think that will happen. Because they got friends to support their relationship. Although learning about Adrien’s grandparents that did the same to his mother the same way Gabriel did to him, Amelie will probably be strong enough to tell her parents that Adrien is a kid and he has his own decisions in life.
Even though Amelie was raised to be a good daughter, she still didn’t become fully aware that being good is by following through rules instead of her own, not by doing her real own decisions in life.

I understand why fans do NOT want Adrinette to break up, but... it just makes sense imao for 4 reasons.

- Marinette is lying to Adrien about his father.

- Adrien fell for a girl who lusts over him. I.e., the cringe statue scene, stalking tendencies, and don't get me started on the SS6 trailer.

Honestly, I would not be mad at Adrien for falling out of love with Mari (if/when he realizes how she behaves around other girls when they talk to him).

- Marinette is an abuser especially, toward Adrien as Chat Noir in SS3.

- Marinette sees him as perfect and not the real him.

To be fair, Adrien does not show that side of him often, but here is a question for you, would Mari still love Adrien if he were his true self around her?

Think a crazy fan who idolises a celebrity for their "perfect" public image, only more toxic imao because again, said stalking scenes from Chat Blanc and SS1.

If they break up, which unfortunately is likely, I hope it isn't between seasons. I hope it's some kind of two parter that ends with one of them discovering the other's identity leading to a reconciliation. But one thing that I'd like to point out is that Adrien's nightmare isn't destroying Marinette, it's destroying Ladybug. You can tell by the hair ribbons on the ashen form. What that means is open to interpretation.
