No auto tune in them days it wasn’t invented then, just pure talent you had too be good, Queen we’re excellent live performances and all of the band had written hit songs, and as musicians were absolutely amazing! I attended many Queen concerts in the 70s and 80s their concerts are legendary!

As someone who has seen these guys live, I can tell you there was nothing like them.
If you haven't yet I recommend "Somebody to Love" and "Save Me" from there Live in Montreal 1981" DVD concert.
This was one of the tours I saw them on for their "The Game" album back in 1980. Save Me was a new song off that album and the first time people got to hear it live.
You'll thank me later. 😁

The playing with 2 fingers is the bass player. That’s how the bass is played. The is no technology back then. What you hear is all them.

I had the absolute privilege to see Queen live in Sydney Australia, during The Works tour in 1985. Best concert ever.

The yellow guitar is a bass, and John Deacon was an absolute technician at playing it. The guy on the red guitar is Dr. Brian May (astrophysics) and considered to be great to this day.. The drummer is still respected in drum circles, and plays double bass with one foot (most ppl require 2) An amazing group of people in their own right.
As for suggestions, well, they never put out a bad album, and their emotions cover the range from "Don't Stop Me" to "The Show Must go On".

Got to see two of the best British groups of the 70's and 80's... Genesis in '07 and Queen, mid 80's... Queen is the best show I've seen, hands down. Freddie was, is and always will be, the best entertainer ever.

It’s one of the best song as all queen songs are different and I’m glad you like that song from one of the best singer of all time and gotta listen to days of our life and Freddie’s last song he was singing before his death which was completed by Brian may the guitarist who was doing the guitar solo and John deacon was the bass player when he was singing and playing ✌️

Nice reaction and your remarks are very appropriate. 👏👏👏
Scientists analyzed the music and the lyrics and declared it as the happiest song. No one can just sit and listen to it without a single smile, Freddie loved "having a good time". John Deacon was an excellent bass player and you noticed his playing technic. Brian May's guitar solos are always a kind of continuation of Freddie's verses, he was (and still is) playing with a sixpence coin on his home made guitar the Red Special. Pls, check out Freddie's beatuiful love song, called You Take My Breath Away at Hyde Park 76, just Freddie and his piano.

For a different Queen song, listen to Good Company. Brian May (the guitarist) wrote it and sings lead, and other than the bass, drums, and toy banjo (sounds like a ukelele), all the other instrumental sounds are made with his guitar. Up until the ‘80s Queen didn’t use any synthesizers, and the instrumental orchestrations were usually Brian’s guitar.

Brian usually sang lead on at least one song each album, and they are usually among my favorites. Roger Taylor (the drummer) also usually sang lead on at least one song per album and he has a more raspy, rock voice (and can sing higher than Freddie), making his songs quite interesting too.

The reality is, you really need to listen to everything because they cover so many styles.

Sir Brian Harold May CBE, astrophysicist and guitarist of the most excellence is playing here with his own made guitar (with a help with his dad) and a coin. So great!
