How to fix w17 pro smart watch from Firmware Upgrade crash.

Using the M Active Pro app to update your w17 pro smartwatch will make this beautiful smartwatch crash. Now, follow the steps and recover it...

By now, all you are seeing on this smartwatch is BLACK SCREEN. It isn't displaying anything.

By now, you will see the HXZ-BOOT on the list. If not, scan by selecting the "SCAN" button up there. And then, click the dropdown menu, there is a “goodix OTX control chracteristic”, click the “W” letter, a dialog will pop up, then input the “444F4F47”.

The next step to take is to connect the smartwatch by clicking "connect” button again, we will connect to the watch .

Check on the dashboard and Locate the menu, “application” tag on the screen, and then choose the “DFU” function, drop to the bottom of the screen.

Click the “connect” button, then connect the “HXZ-BOOT”, then you can click the “get” button to load the data in your watch.

That's all. It will work...

You can now update the w17 pro smartwatch from the M Active Pro app and it will update successfully to the latest version v4.9
