North Carolina law requires that early ballots be sent out 60 days before Election Day. Taking his name off the ballot meant they would have to reprint over a million ballots and send them out after the deadline at great cost. Those were the legal grounds on which he was rejected. The appeal judge then said he had to come off, with no explanation.

I would hope the same thing could happen in Wisconsin. RFK Jr. Wanted his name withdrawn from the ballet in Wisconsin to help President Trump. My intention now is to vote for President Trump. It says a great deal about President Trump as a person for RF Kennedy to take this action.

I think RFK Jr. would have taken many more votes from the democrats than he would have Trump . I feel him remaining on ballots would have been better for Trump.
