Joomla - How to Update Admin Tools (from the back-end)

I describe how to update the Admin Tools extension to the latest release from the Admin Tools control panel.

Info:
Joomla 1.7.2 (info is good for Joomla 1.7 & Joomla 2.5)
Admin Tools is updated from 2.1.10 to 2.1.11
