Kavanagh on Israel, Iran, Cease-fire Talks

Jennifer Kavanagh, Senior Fellow and Director of Military Analysis at Defense Priorities, discusses Israel bombing Hezbollah targets in Lebanon over the weekend, on what Israel is calling a preemptive strike, and weighs in on if this strike will escalate things further or deescalate them. Kavanagh states this strike may cause Iran to delay its retaliatory strikes on Israel, and that the ongoing cease-fire talks may be working as a restraint on the various countries' behaviors. Jennifer Kavanagh speaks with Kailey Leinz on Bloomberg's "Balance of Power."
