What are Soluble and Insoluble substances?

A simple science activity for children of 3 years and above to help them understand and distinguish between soluble and insoluble substances. To check the solubility and insolubility of materials, take four glasses of water, labels (soluble and insoluble) and the materials required such as salt, sugar, rice, moong. To make it more fun filled, various materials available at home can be used to check the solubility. M3 children can be encouraged to make a list of various soluble and insoluble items available at home.
