Since the video is only helpful for orientation to the landscape, the listing photos and description are best for piecing things together. It looks like a lovely property, with perhaps no hot water or heat beyond the fireplace.

Your video of this property is wonderful. Just needs to be slowed down when touring each room. Just count “one one thousand, two one thousand…” It takes some practice but otherwise video is great.

Any of these properties in Australia would have a price tag of over a million dollars. Years ago already a small cottage in a back street in a far out west suburb of Sydney went for 5 million dollars. In contrast to France Australia has gone insane.
