The BEST reverb under $40 - Mosky Spring Reverb - No Talk, All Tone

This is largely disputed as the best reverb pedal on a budget. I think it is more than just a one trick pony too, using the dwell control you can get some pretty amazing tones. We explore all the settings on this inexpensive reverb pedal and unlock all of the tones this has to offer. Massive thanks to DaveRage and Simon at JSA for convincing me to get this one.

Wow that sounds absolutely great. Really detailed and not overly digital sounding. Mosky are really outstanding!

Another great demo BPC! Love reverb but not really a spring reverb man myself, that being said this does sound pretty great and has a lot of versatility. I am a sucker for that shimmer...

Also love the echoes of Oh Well pt 2, beautiful playing mate as ever!

Ok… I realize I’m late to the party here, but hands down this is the best demo of a reverb pedal I’ve ever seen. Thank you!! Peace!

Kudos on jumping into the market and really making a difference. You obviously aren't a noob, you have a good ear, and are not ashamed of promoting cheap gear if it really works. I am so sick of people pushing brand names only when a lot of bedroom players are really looking for a bang for their buck.

Thanks for the demos. I just got this little pedal and it is really surprisingly good, despite being a clone.

I'm always amazed by these demos, but it isn't the gear, it's the player that amazes me. I want to play stuff like that, just don't know where to look.

Great review and video quality. I bought the same pedal, but I can’t find the power supply

There's a youtube showing that the souldim spring reverb is identical to this pedal and is under $15 on Aliexpress

Great video! I only use reverb to “wet” the sound. Very little. I'm selling my JHS Spring Tank, I want something simple. I thought this was amazing, but I think about the durability. Will it be reliable at a show? Thanks!

Its got that belton pre-delay click/clack. But so what, for $27 you couldn't buy the parts and the belton brick to put this together.

Is it good for acoustic guitar? for now it's the only reverb pedal i can afford

I just bought one of these, and it has about one useful setting... dwell all the way down and mix at it's lowest audible setting. Anything above that on either knob and the 'verb is overpowering and unusable. Even at it's lowest, the dwell is *way* too long; by ear I'd put it at least 1/3 the way up on a typical reverb. And I literally have to barely nudge the mix up from zero for the right amount, just a bit of atmosphere. Maybe I got a defective unit, I don't know. And they're so cheap new, it's not worth re-selling online.

You know the main purpose of a Spring Reverb is to play Surf Guitar Tunes. So why are we not hearing this demonstration done that way? I can't tell what you've got there without it.
