In fairness to these guys. It's a tough old job. My father was in the ACC and I know how busy he was day in day out. Army don't stop eating! These guys are constantly on the go and don't forget have to be up hours earlier than the average soldier to get things prepared! Hats off to army chefs.

Fantastic to see actual military chefs instead of the usual Sodexo shite.

I'm a reservist chef, I met Lance Corporal Shepherdsom in Germany. He's a really great chef and a nice guy.

Big respect to the chefs. In the Falklands they had to carry the wounded in stretchers in the middle of the battle.

As the old saying goes, the British Army Cooks course is the hardest military course in the world. No-one has ever passed...

I served in the police in Northern Ireland for thirty years and worked alongside the army a lot and I’ll tell you this, NOTHING beats a British Army curry, delicious !

My father John T Eustace was in the ACC, he finished his time as a WO2 in Bordon. The chefs of the ACC are the best Military chefs in the world. 👏👏👏👍👍👍

I got back from Estonia recently and I can say that the food these guys cooked was actually pretty decent! And free being the main thing haha I had mad ninja skills sneaking the odd 2nd chicken breast on my plate.

Always loved you guys.
I spent 12.5 years in the RAAF as a Pilot.
The food I was served during that entire time was always delicious and nutritious.
You guys keep the Military going !!!

Best Christmas Dinner I ever had was in the army. We was stagging on as guard for the camp. About 40 people if that left in barracks The chef came in and done everything beef, ham with gloves. Chicken, turkey the works. That was about 28 years ago. Absolutely lovely 😋 😋 😋 👍

I never had any complaints about the food served in my regiment. The chefs were of the highest order and deserved the respect of the men they fed. They work hard and long hours.... an army matches on its stomach.., . #bethebest

I was in the forces in the 1980’s. Army Catering Corps were fantastic. Provided everything we needed food wise & were a good bunch of guys. Just hope we never have a long term war anywhere, can you imagine Sodexo being around… No, I thought not either….
