I decided to stop using Paula's Choice (especially Paula's choice Vietnam) couple days ago because of how bad the customer service is and how they cause confussion as well as misinformation on their promo program. They didn't provide the neccessary information and ignored my questions until the goods were delivered. Contacted them to clarify the situation and yet, the attitude was unbelievable.
