Makes sense. Ill stick to my gardens, small as they are. We eat fresh veggies from them, pick flowers to enjoy and share, and it soothes my frazzled brain.

I recall hearing in Japan, they have a practice called forest bathing. One study found measurable results to immune system function.

A few years ago in Japan, businessmen were studied to see if time spent in forests had any positive health benefits. The businessmen spent a weekend camping in conifer forests, and it was discovered that time spent with the conifers boosted the innate immunity of the businessmen for 30 days afterward they returned to the city. It was determined that the oils in the conifers conveyed the benefit, and that even an hour's hiking in a conifer forest boosts immunity in humans. I'll try to find the study and post it, or at least a link or the title of study/names of the investigators, in English.

Nature is a great healer, motivator and friend that you take for granted or haven't yet learned to love.

Since I moved away from my parent's home in a small village two years ago into a city environment, I have been getting sick more frequently, and constantly feel pressured. My mental health has declined to the point that I feel almost paranoid and I'm more stressed than I've ever been. When I was 26 I was easily mistaken for a teenager but after having lived a city life for two years I look as if I have aged 4-5 years and don't get enough sleep.

The strange thing is that I'm hooked on living this kind of life now; you become part of a competitive environment with loads of activities which is thrilling but does add stress and cause poor mental health.

City life is like a drug - don't do it - not even once.

My daughter has mental health issues and lives on the 7th floor of an apt building. She has about 40 plants in her apt. Wonder she has created this environment as a subconscious way that she is trying improve her mental state.

Sounds to me like this is possibly not the direct presence of plants, but the effect of, or idea of. The city walk was filled with noise (sounds and visual and cognitive) vs garden being calm and quiet.

100% nature has helped me heal in so many ways and so many times ♥️

The reason for this is while walking around the tree and arboretum it's peaceful and not distracting. Without distraction your mind retains information. While walking around the block there are so many distractions, noises, cars and just having to be cautious. Your mind needs to process those things vs being in the woods which is peaceful and calming. It's just common sense that this study makes sense.

It is almost like being a little captive full-time corporate worker bee all the time stuck indoors is killing us because we can't have regular sleep schedules, be exposed to sunlight or nature in order to get any sort of health benefits from those things.

The human brain is a pattern recognition machine. Urban environment are rife with patterns, taking up processing power much like your anti-virus scanner on your computer. Forest and nature has fewer patterns and much more noise, which your brain filters out. Leaving more resources for active tasks. I bet if you stood in a perfect grid of trees on manicured land, you'd fine a boost larger than the picture but smaller than raw nature.

I was told that all the memories of the victims are a Spam. I believe and also think that they should send a free 30 day sample. To let you decide if you want to continue the vitamins.

I visit botanical gardens whenever I can and noticed a decrease in the amount of stress in my body immediately. Could not put a finger on it. Now there are studies to back it up!

I am not even old, i'm a 20yo with what i guess i can call "memory problems" especially on the short term memory, like if want to get out, i first grab the keys, than put them somewhere in the house, and 30 seconds later i forget about the keys and their place, is this concerning ? Or is it just a focus problem
