Cute anyway here’s a chocolate chip cookie recipe……

Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and well combined.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined and no streaks of flour remain.

Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers may still look slightly underdone, which is okay as they will continue to set while cooling.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week (if they last that long!).
