Education, Health and Care Plans in the words of Sefton's young people

Young people in Sefton with special educational needs and/or disabilities have created an animated video about Education, Health and Care Plans as part of a project to deliver the Savvy app, which will give young people with additional needs access to all of the information they need to support them.
