Doordash should just pay for the shoes, get rid of that Dasher and go on with business. Their response at this point is going to cause them more problems.

My daughter doordashers and she said this looks bad for other really good hard working people that need money for college and bills. She makes good money that she can make her own hours and goes to school. She does a great job doordashing too; helping out the customers all the time. This guy is a slime-bag and needs to be kicked off the app.

Door dash took those steps to avoid liability on their company’s behalf. Lack of admission equals no liability and I personally won’t use door dash citing this delivery persons’ theft. Such a sad world we live in when a random person steals another’s package as he’s delivering a package. The delivery boy must have noticed the return address on package thinking it looked like shoes or sneakers! What a tool! 😥

Just for clarification, us DD drivers are NOT employees of the company. We are independent contractors who simply work using the app. They do still have his info at least. Most of us drivers us 4 or 5 apps at the same time

I refuse to use doordash. While some doordash drivers may be good most of them are basically bottom-of-the-barrel of society
