xiaomi redmi 9A costs 80$. don't really see the point in buying doogee, homtom, or any other no name phone for that small price difference...

I bought a Dooge for my dad, in 4 months was dead, they gave me my money back. Two interventions in service, first the microphone, and than it was dead for good.

Currently in the UK you can get an Alcatel 1s 2020 for £70 which offers a lot more for not much more money. I'm not sure how these smaller China brands like Doogee, Umidigi, Cubot etc stay in business. There's better offerings out there now from bigger brands, mainly Xiaomi and Realme

I picked up Lenovo k5 play for around 70 dollars with huge coupons from ali about a year ago but it has much better optimised os, sd450 chipset and surprisingly good dual cameras(both work!).bought it as backup phone but it's way better than this.

You can surely pick up a secondhand Snapdragon 845 phone for like 100 bucks. lol You can probably get an 835 for the price of this phone if you live in the US. I'm not sure who would buy this? 😫

2gb Ram on Android 10 would be unuasable unless heavily modified and made lite.

In my opinion, simply not worth it. Many Umidigi phones with better specs around the same price. As is the much better Redmi 9A. I think Blu Phones may have some options too. 480p in 2020. 🤦🏿‍♂️
