I met with an accident 2 years before, found i had a complete ligament tear, couldnt stand or wake, the only option was a surgery for me. Then my father took me to a siddha hospital, they treated me for more than 2 months, I was able to stand and walk properly but range of motion was still limited. After 5 months, i was able to walk and run without pain. I'm writing this hear because when i was not walking i used to search for never did i find anyone saying they got cured without surgery (this is for complete ligament tear). So your body heals itself all that we need to give is nutritious food and exercise importantly mental wellness is crucial for recovery.

Yeah these are good. In my personal experience, It is CRUCIAL to start immediately, like max 3-4 days after injury ( unless it s a very serious one) or if you rest too long your muscle will go down and it’ll take ages for your leg to come back to full function.

These look good and I'm beginning to strengthen L knee area this week. Injury is one week old and I can walk without a cane or crutch but I'm not stable, so time for these!

Ok I want help. I injured my knee while playing football about 6 months ago. When I was going to kick the ball my knee twisted in air itself due to sudden jerk. I immediately fell down down and experienced a lot of pain. Then I thought it would go away after some days but it was persistent. I began to think that it must be a tissue injury like ligament or meniscus..., or something else. I gave it time to heal on itself but it didn’t fully. There were improvements as I was then able to walk normally and even jog slowly. But still running is a problem. I don’t think it’s a condition in which I would a surgery but please help me how to treat it...

Great vid and tips! You don't mention how often to do these exercises? A few times a day, a few times a week?
mikes
Like the exercises but original page linked to in description isn't there anymore (the one that details when these exercises should be applied and so on) which is kind of critical since, for example, I have a grade 1 MCL tear and if I tried following the above suggested time frame for exercises and return to activities I simply wouldn't be able to do them or would probably cause myself secondary injury. (was on crutches for first week)
