Hi, I have applied for a physio job inside the UK. However, the application is not even shortlisted. NHS recruitment system is really the worst. Also, In private everyone asks for local UK experience now the point if physio's will not get a chance for work then how can build experience. If they recruit 1 physio out of 1000. That doesn't make any sense. It doesn't mean 999 physios are useless. Are they recruiting it seems they stopped totally?
