btw i did an experiment, your lights don't add to your bills. no need to put the candles. LEAVE YOUR LIGHTS ON IT MAKES YOUR BUILDS LOOK SO MUCH BETTER!!

Pro tip, you can make your own menu and upload it as a decal. I found some random menu making website and downloaded the image then uploaded it to roblox, and now you have a menu with the actual prices

I placed a bunch of random items on an empty plot until the plot was worth about 130k and didn't delete it for like 4 months. I ended up forgetting about it and I just re-discovered it yesterday. I bulldozed the plot and got a ton of money back. I will be keeping a plot of expensive junk from now on😂

What I do is just have trees (orange, apples ect.) on my plots (because is gives me a tiny bit more money and it looks good with my builds) and just work or rp while waiting for them to grow. Hence why I currently have 1.4 million.

also, putting a small investment into a restaraunt/cafe works too. it doesn't have to be large too, just make a small inside and a patio. thats it. (also, don't put in a full kitchen- just fit it in into the open-style restaurant and just cook from there

Also for the lighting there's a fence with lights, I usually hide it using walls that are already made. I mean yeah they do cost a little bit but then you pay less for the bill

I’m a new sub but have already watched several of you’re Vids and absolutely love them/all the things you do to help gamers especially children that don’t have parents/guardians that will buy them Roblox cards or they don’t get allowance to get them at stores so TYSM for what you do for so many minors.
