Can u please ohm your stator yellow wires and post the results. Maybe a diode check on the regulator that went bad. Did anything actually test bad in a methodical fashion or was this the dealers throw a dart and it worked.
Im having the exact same issue. Burnt stator plug over motor, hitting only 7800 to 8000rpm. Been over ALL the same stuff you have. Stator and regulator and harness is all that's left. I believe the bumper breaks the ground wire and the regulator has no shunt to ground anymore so it all fries.

Dealing with this issue right now! Sled only tops out at 7500 rpm under wot. 2016 pro rmk 800. Sled only has 1300km will be trying everything.

Is this the same problem with 2017 models?

Also very common for the relays to go bad. There are two by the spare belt and one in the Velcro bag above the clutch cover. I spent so much time trying to figure out my low rpm issue ( would only pull 7600-7900. I wouldn’t ride these 800’s without extra relays.

I wonder what made you’re connectors melt up? Definitely looked like a high resistance was at the connections

I have been having issues with my 16 also I'm having a bog issue when I try and pin it from a stop I just check my connection and mine is melted. We're you having bogging issues also and low rpms sometimes mine won't ideal right ether.

Just curious why would you think motor mounts would have anything to do with rpm?

Dam just picked up a 17 today axys 163. 10/21 hoping no issues. Wonder what can be done if anything to prevent it.

Did you ever get DTC error codes with your sled? My 2015 Pro X is having similar problem except runs fine on startup and idle but once warmed up won't accelerate and continues to foul the PTO plug. Mag side remains intact. I get a 636-8 code which is faulty crank sensor voltage. Though others are saying to check the fuel pump....

Have the same issue, been blowing exhaust sensors every sesson. Then the error code 173 3 comes. Changed the sensor 4 times but still comes back at me with broken sensor and code. Then i rebuild the clutch, new motor mounts and ev relearn, still missing 200-400 rpm at almost every pull. Looked at my second connector from voltage regulator, and 2 yellow pins are burn. Is it the voltage regulator i should change along with sensor for ev or is it the stator?
