How to get Unlimited Health and Sanity

In DST, players have innovated many types of sanity stations over the years. Most of these involve an elaborate setup at a fixed location, however Wigfrid's Skill Tree gave us what I consider the best health and sanity station in the game.

As someone playing wigfrid I do have another thing for it. You can relocate the tallbirds in your world into pens somewhere nearby your base and use them for inspiration if you need the station

I think this is fairly balanced for a skill.

Especially becauss wigfrids don't really use beefalo perks. Needs to stay in the game, intended or not.

I love this idea, but I don't like having a beefalo as Wigfrid cause their damage is almost always a downgrade from what I could be doing, especially cause her damage boost doesn't apply to them

Tents and bedrolls exist in this game. All you need is enough food to use them
