Emma’s tips for year 11:
-Start making revision resources(flashcards, mind-maps, online revision resources, notes)
-Read the specification/exam board syllabus
-Make sure to do past papers!!
-Read and revise ahead of the next lesson!
- *DON’T STRESS!!* (be organized)
-Take breaks whilst revising and plan your time well!
-If you are a visual learner watch videos on any of your subjects
-Work as hard as you can through out the year! :)))
-Treat your mocks as the real thing, and make sure you put 100% effort in your homework.

I'm in year 11, and I've been watching your videos alot the past few days. They've honestly inspired me to do so much....especially flash cards. I love them. They're even quite fun too (make way for the newly formed geek). Thankyou so much!

Going into Year 11 next month, not only has COVID happened but I couldn't go back to school with everyone else cause I was really sick. I ended up having loads of tests done and was diagnosed with Crohn's disease (it's an autoimmune chronic illness that I'm gonna have for the rest of my life). I didn't go back until I felt strong enough which was the start of May and even then could only cope with half days and still had loads of days off throughout this. I'm going back to full days but will still have to have a Friday off every few weeks to have my medication (given through a cannula for a few hours). I don't mind too much but it's a rubbish time to have this going on lmao

I'm from the Caribbean and we write CXC which is like GCSE and I want to know how you spent your breaks because when I take breaks it's either to relax my head or watch television. My study break goes from 15 minutes to thirty minutes depending on how long I revised in that period.
