I have brindle thoroughbred. I found it with o'driscoll encounter outside the camp in chapter 2... You can also find it near caliga hall . A lady will ask you to race she have the same horse, she will meet you twice, you can take her horse

The dapple black thoroughbred can only be obtained (besides the edition bonus) in chapter 4 with the mission to rescue Jack from Bronte, use the cheat code “Run! Run! Run!” until you get the thoroughbred, make sure auto save is on then start the mission. After the mission you’ll be at Shady Belle with an auto save file. Load the auto save, horse is yours to keep. ✌️

i love arabian horses but i get so pissed everytime i play as arthur and i see john riding the tallest horses, old boy and rachel, just towering over me while we roam to locations together. now im trying to find all tallest horses so arthur wont look small 😂

Ah, Thouroughbreds.

I don't hate them, but I'm not really a fan of them. I don't like that they have low health/stamina. Plus, from what I've seen, they're even more sensitive than the Arabians.

Still, along with the MFT, Thouroughbreds are a good choice of horse if you want to travel long distances in short time. So don't let my opinion discourage you all Thouroughbred fans out there.
