I quit watching Discovery after season 2, but did they really retcon the peace between the Federation and Klingons too? Wasn't peace achieved after Chancellor Gorkon and Captain Spock worked together during the disaster on Qo'nos? This lead to the Khitomer Accords? Please correct me if I have something wrong on the timeline, but STD is known to throw canon away like trash so I wouldn't be surprised.
