I have a hypothesis that oxalic acid is some sort of sun protection for the plants. The smaller the plant or if it's a seed or nut, the higher the oxalic count. Leafy greens also have a high count because they need high sun protection so they don't burn. Hanging fruit like drupes and stuff also have a lot of oxalates because they just hang in the sun all day long. If we had normal gut health there's a number of lactobacilli strains that actually eat oxalic acid. But due to everyone having messed up guts due to horrible food and immense over prescription of antibiotics.. and God knows what they sprayed everywhere during the pandemic.... 😢 We are lacking the healthy flora.

I’m in the middle of getting rid of two stones. The one on the left was 2 cm ( it’s gone) and on the right was 4 cm. My question is, why didn’t I feel any pain until March of this year! I have the chart on my fridge and have upped my water intake.
But has anyone else experienced this? Everyone at the hospital, doctors office and workplace are all shocked that I haven’t felt anything until recently.
