I was installing Kodi yesterday evening on my friend's TV, but when I tried to download the app, I realized I didn’t have a laptop with me, so I had to postpone the installation. However, as soon as I arrived home, he opened developer mode, and I downloaded and opened the app as instructed in your video.

Now, I’m getting a message saying, "Failed to fetch private key" and "Please make sure Key Server in developer mode app is turned on." I tried turning it on and retried, but I’m still getting the same message.

Thank you worked fine for me. One question when istalled does kodi has to do anything with the developer app if for ex session ends. Just use kodi for streaming. So never use it as a server anyways.

My TV has weOS 4.10.0 but in webOS DEv Manager in Apps, where is the Kodi, writes me "kodi is marked incompatible with your device, This app is not compatible with your devices SoC. It is because my TV its old ? But i have webOS 4.10.0. Thank you for some information.

Thanks for the video. Managed to set it up in the UK on my C4 OLED. Already had a LG account registered in the UK so I had to use a different email in the first step. When trying to log in to Dev Mode on the TV it wouldn’t accept the new email (guessing because it’s a US account) so I used my original LG UK email to continue and it all worked fine.

I install an jio tv add on it and it requires widewine to play content. While installing widewine (1.3 GB space required) it's saying that there is no disk space available. Although my tv has 3GB free storage.

I managed to do this for my C1 in my living room and my G3 in my theatre. Do I need to be worried about the amount of space the artwork will take up? I've limited fan art and trying to keep the basic artwork. How my space for these TVs have for storage? And do I need to worry about the developer time?
