Kid A is the first thing in my mind when someone said early 00's. Its a very eerie, abstract, a left-turning masterpiece for the band. I know there are people say its pretty difficult to listen cuz of the blip bloops, but the execution goes on well.

Turn On The Bright Lights is legitimately a comfort album. Sonically it’s pretty consistent or, I guess you can use one note, but that one note is just dark and brooding.

“Antics” over “Turn on the Bright Lights” .. I love em’ both but, Antics just has that “something more” imo .. I got my first car at the age of 19 and I had Antics on repeat in my CD player! Good memories !!

Meteora, Hybrid Theory, and Absolution. Not my favourites, but A Rush of Blood to the Head and Arcade Fire's Funeral deserve consideration. A White Stripes album could be up there too.
