Yes, this is one of those hokey "reaction" videos!

We post these because we're currently so far from nearly EVERYONE we love and we didn't want to wait to watch it while we were WITH them (because who knows WHEN that will be), so we recorded this so we could share these first moments WITH those who saw the first two installments in the "Terminator" saga with us- especially the sequel, which was an epic, long-awaited, momentous event in our teen years (in 1991). So this...is technically for them.

But, we also hope everyone else enjoys.

However, the background music is my OWN recording of the theme to "Terminator 2"- an original orchestration.

Did you do the theme intro and outro bits during your talking bits with your piano? If so, nice job!

Have to agree on your point on the skin that ages on the T-800. Personally, the first 25min of Genisys was the best of the whole movie. To see the re-enactment of the whole T1 intro, was epic to say the least :p. Old Pops vs T-800 from 86 was amazing :p.
They will use the same actor who stood in for Arnolds body in this movie aswell, so we are seeing another young T-800 scene for sure :p

I watched T2 in the theater the day it came out. That film changed the whole game for me. Then about 3 months later I bought the VHS Cassette tape when it dropped at my local Video store. I watched it a total of about 100 times. Now I’ve got the Blu Ray version and I still watch it from time to time.

My theory on the origin of the Arnold T-800/Carl charachter is that during the invasion on Skynet in 2029 it sent another T-800 unit that looks like Arnold in T2 time period, but before that Skynet downloaded his files in the T-800's chip to ensure his own existance and also to activate himself in case T-1000 fales his mission.

Arnold here is a another T-800. He didn't come with grace... in the event of Terminator 2, skynet not only just sent T-100 but also other models like this T-800. So what he did i am not telling you because of spoiler. From that time to this time he is living in society... and his name is Carl here. 😉

I like how you explain about James Cameron's involvement it's exactly what it is
He's producing and writing which is good enough for me I trust Cameron as well cuz he already proving that
when Alita battle angel came out even though he's not directing he just producing and writing
