6/30 - Solving Hanayama's Cast Key II Puzzle #shorts

For the 6th video in my project I am going to solve the Hanayama Cast Key 2 which is a 2 star difficulty puzzle. This is a follow up to the long-selling first cast key which is designed by Otake and Wong.

Even though this is a disassembly puzzle consisting of 2 pieces, I will also categorise it as a maze puzzle, as the solution requires one of the keys to travel around the other.

The movements are very subtle, which the final path to the goal has to go pass some unexpected places. There are no hidden moves but just requires patience to try different manoeuvres.

The outlook of the keys are also very eye catching, making it a cool little ornament to challenge your friends and family.
