One the best things I love about the first Mach x is its stability. I prefer it for steady long runs. Speed minus stability isn’t what I’m looking for so might give the update a miss.

Been loving the cielo x1 for my long runs though wish I known the Mach X2 would be this good. Especially for a 3:30-3:35 first marathon I don't really benefit from my NB elites (they're almost too stiff and plated) and just need something like the SC trainer, more cushioned Mach X. Hoka is really turning things around 👏🏼

i get 9.5 it s mine size . it s perfect, no narrow like a mach 6. if you want get a mach x 2, you shoul get your usually size, fit perfectly

Lighter and more Peba Foam sounds good! The first one was decent but I didn' t really notice the Peba much apart from a little more cushion in the forefoot.

So, love this shoe so far and I do need some stability. It has enough for me, heel is not an issue! I tend to add a little pronation support under the insert and that works well here. The only problem I have is getting used to a shoe pushing me to run faster - it really pushes you! So I’ll have to use it as a speed day shoe and one to build towards bigger race days. WOW I just wish I were 30 years younger 😢

How does it compare to the Mach 6? It felt a bit firm at first, but broke in after ~50k. After more than 300k they still feel great.

Unsure about most, but the Mach 6 was really tight in the toe box. Was really looking forward to the Mach X2, but the lack of a heal counter may cause me to stock up on the first model.

Hoka colorways look like they were picked by someone who really likes cats, ferns and has a large assortment of local honey.

The prices on the super trainers don’t bother me at all my whole life I would never get 300 miles out of a pair of sneakers. They would feel dead and now I’m doing like 500. I don’t even want to use this shoe anymore, but they still feel great.

Fit narrow like Mach 6? Even in wide Mach 6 was narrow in the toebox. Only Cielo X1 works great for me.

X2 정말 좋습니다. 쿠션특히 놀랍습니다. 정말 탕탕하고 부드럽고, 앞 뒤 정말 풍성합니다. 또 달릴때 안정적입니다.

충격흡수 / 반발력 / 안정성 모두 부족함 없습니다.

앞발/뒷발 주법 관계없지만, 특히 포어러너들이 반길만한 것 같습니다.

뒤꿈치 힐은 잘 묶고 땀/수분 등으로 마찰생기면 거슬리지 않습니다.

걸을때/서잇을 때 여느 플레이트 신발처럼 갸우뚱 하게 발이 돌아가지만, 달릴때는 안정적입니다.

느린조깅속도에서도 쿠션을 느낄 수 잇고 더 빠르게 뛰면 아디다스 프로3처럼 단단하지만 쿠션잇게 바뀝니다.

Eva+peba라그래서 슈블2정도 되겟지 했는데, 더 폭신거리고 더 탱탱합니다.

슈블2가 약간 운동화느낌으로 편하게 신을 수 있는 느낌이면(성능이 나쁘단말은 아님) 마하x2는 공차러 가기전에 축구화신고 나가는 느낌? 갑피착용감이 약간 꼭맞아서 호불호는 나뉠거같습니다.

정말정말 재미잇는 신발입니다.

Please do some kind of abrasion test on Hoka shoes, as the 3 pairs I’ve owned till date wears out a bit too early compared to Nike and Puma.
