About Undone:
UNDONE is a half-hour, genre-bending, animated series that explores the elastic nature of reality through its central character Alma, a twenty-eight-year-old living in San Antonio, Texas. The clip at 2:56 is so beautifully done. I went back and watched it over and over and ended up recording it with my phone camera to watch when I need to. I've shown it to friends and therapists because it so beautifully displays how mindfulness can be used to deal with trauma, trauma that is stored in our bodies from childhood and from our ancestry. <3 Such an amazing and well-made show. Wish there were more episodes.
