Hi, nice video. In a lot of cases it's not overpressure but underpressure(vacuum). That might point to an evap-problem/evap-valve malfunction, or some cars vent through the gascap. You don't solve that by just unscrewing your gascap. That just works for a couple of minutes. The minute you start the car and the fuelpump kicks in, the vacuum's gonna start building up again. You might be mixing your acronyms. It's not likely an HVAC problem (HVAC = heating, ventilation, air conditioning (interior climate controls)). You probably mean EVAP problem (the evaporative emissions system that is supposed to vent those fumes through a charcoal canister filter and then to your engine to be burned off).

I am master tec replaced the evap purge solenoid cost less than $50 dollars Auto zone. This part fix your problem. Don't lessen all this idiot answer

the whole point of the fuel storage system is that those vapors don't escape - do not open the gas tank unless necessary....

So, I changed the fuel filter on my 2010 Corolla.. now there is no pressure build up when I open the fuel cap... what could the problem be? all hoses are correctly fitted same as where the old ones went.. any idea? I thought there was MEANT to be pressure build up?

Get a new gas cap. The vent valve is busted.

So your evap purge valve isn't working. All those excessive vavpors should be sent to your engine to be burned via the purge vavle. That's what you demonstrated.
