Avg 100Fps or 120Fps doesn't make any p3d I usually get 30- in some rear case max 60fps :D

CPU bottleneck. Try test with 9800x3d.

The reason of why VRAM matters. The 5080 should come with 20GB at least. I am happy with my 4080 and for the next build, I doubt buying a Nvidia card again.
