I believe in Plato Universe as if there are two kinds of universes. the one universe that we see, has time, space and motion.
the second universe has only geometry that can be expressed in math.
the geometry is in never changing position.

we see some of this geometry in a pure way since our universe is made from this geometry we named this geometry Birkeland current and plasma.
what is changing the geometry is from our universe, (maybe it's life).

the second thing is, I suspect that the Wheel of Life that you talk about just like I think, the Flower of Life is a circle with a rotation on his axis. and maybe this is the way we see the geometry with a rotation on his axis.
for the geometry side, I think that the ancient people give us another clue the Ouroboros, symbol of the snake that eating itself. sometimes the symbols are with two snakes.
this I think gives us two clues, one we should build the geometry as a never-ending line vector geometry like a fractal geometry.
second is, the two snakes why it is two snakes? I think that this vector line made from two parts one is the +, the second -
can be looking like this: f(z)=(z^k)-(z/z^k)

Could you apply this theory to starforts? I mean 'starforts' less all the bastion nonsense on the top. Usually the town is a starfort and there's a satellite starfort surrounded by water close to shore. Hundreds buried in Russia.

Matara in Sri Lanka is an interesting example. The Dutch have claimed this one.

Worth noting that Tara in Sanskrit means ⭐ star. Ma perhaps mother?!
