hey jodi, i'm sure you won't see this, but incase you do, if ur face isn't breaking out for any known reason to you, then maybe try getting your thyroid checked out. last year, (i was 26) and my acne got bad out of nowhere for no reason (to me) so i went to my doctor and she did blood tests and turns out my thyroid levels were really high. so idk, just incase you or anyone reading this is having this issue. I didnt realize acne could be a sign of a thyroid issue so i figured id spread my experience.

maybe skincare ingredients would be a cause! sometimes harsh ingredients like retinol or vitamin C, makes my skin flare out and have little red bumps, almost like a rash/allergy. so i do try to find products that are more even in makeup, i do find stuff that dont clog my pores and non-comedogenic.
