I'd have the next Halloween film be a Season of the Witch sequel or remake, then a couple years or so after that and its sequel or two, have Myers return with a bang in a new timeline. I dont think we need any prequels unless its Loomis with young Myers in the Grove. Ends ended perfectly imo and definitely doesn't need fixing imo. I get why others would like it erased lol but I absolutely love it. Great franchise all together!

My BASIC idea.. completely restart! Let Michael go anywhere and quit confining him to Haddonfield! Always have his eyes blacked out and never show his face! Make him 6'2" including his boots and mask at the absolute most! We don't need a GIANT! Don't do what Rob Zombie's Halloween did and be an altered remake or "reimagining" Do something different! Be more original! Judith, Laurie.. even Loomis doesn't have to exist. Just make him a badass going around FULL Halloween Kills style every year or so going to a random city in the US. You could do 1, 2 or even 3 movies in the same city so there's some story built instead of him simply going around killing. Think of all the places he could "visit" and the different scenarios. Maybe he goes to the hood 😅 maybe he "stumbles upon" some sjw's at a rally.. maybe he goes to the deep south. Maybe he'll show up somewhere that has snow! No going after his family type stuff and no Thorn type stuff. Just a SUPERNATURAL guy in a white mask (like H1 Michael) out "looking for some fun" 🙂 Oh, and.. you CAN'T kill the boogeyman! No matter what! He is FOREVER! I don't care if he lives to be 2000 years old! 😂 (this isn't a man we're talking about) Age doesn't affect him!

What id like to see is a prequel where after he gets captured in 78 he escapes again Halloween 1981 gets hes masks back somehow goes to a hospital and kills a bunch of people. Or maybe he goes to a prison and starts killing a bunch of people to make it different

Michael is incarcerated the entire time you're referring to, not sure if it would really work. Prequels to horror films can also completely ruin the mystery of a character, look at Prometheus and Alien Covenant. Ends definitely messed a lot up tho lol
