The point of watching the episodes even though we know they're married is the stories of the people on their journey to a successful inter country marriage. I watch this show strictly for the people and their story. It doesn't matter to me if I know they're married or not. I want to see their journey on the way to their marriage. to me, 90 day Fiancé is one of the finest reality shows on television, just my opinion.

I'm not surprised at all about the marriage. It's not just the usual TLC stuff but also cultural. Indonesians are typically traditional and don't do casual relationships. They highly value close-knit relationships (family, marriage, community). BTW, I'm Indonesian American. I spent the first 12 years of my life in West Java where Citra lives. She's in Bogor, which is about three hours away from Bandung, my old hometown, which is also a big city. Oh, and her name is pronounced "chee-tra, " not "see-tra." The Indonesian "c" is like the Italian "c" (as in "cello"). The name means "image" in Indonesian (derived from Sanskrit).

Anyway, keep up the great job reporting the 90-Day Fiancé shenanigans, Dan! 👍💯😁

Good point they are adding couples midseason, and I think it’s for views because some people may not like certain couples they may not want to watch an episode or two because it’s heavily focused on a couple by adding new content it’s like forcing us to watch. I’m personally guilty of fast forwarding and not watching an episode or two because I know it’s gonna be all about one couple or two even with sister wives it’s gotten gritty a lot of stuff for ratings.
