In my opinion they color themselves too black nowadays you can't see the muscles so good anymore. Being more dark on stage is good but when it goes too far it has more of an negative effect

There's a saying in autobody. Hide it right paint it white, but if you paint a car black, every imperfection shows unless the bodywork is perfect. EVERYTHING shows on a black surface and that's what u want on a bodybuilding stage.

I would say white guys who get a dark tan look the best and light-skinned half black guys like Kevin levrone get a tan for a more Brown and not black look that looks flawless as well.
