That was cool. Our makeup air in situations like this is all cooled, sometimes just outside air, but never heated…well rarely heated

In your area do you have motor rebuild/repair company.yeah that motor has 1" shaft wow and expensive I bet. good job in finding the problem Logan

Seems like you have more bad weather on the way Joe. You bundle up so you can be there for Logan. Thoughts and prayers . You should ask for help on replacing that motor...not a one man job. Looks like you can remove the top two bolts on the motor mount and the motor should flip right down with the mount near the bottom of the unit.

No possible replacement of the bearings and shiv? Hate to see a working motor thrown out just cause the bearings are dry...that would suck. Hope your son is doing OK. Not something a father should ever have to go through...poor boy.
Prob today is it seems more and more kids are having this same problem this early in life. It's not fair they have to endure this type of trauma so young. Call st judes children's center. Best cancer treatment in the world...
