Net Energy Metering 1.0 Program Changes

Homeowners looking to go solar should do so before July. NEM 1.0 expires in July and NEM 2.0 will begin. Under NEM 2.0 homeowners will not earn the same amount for the excess energy they don't use and send back to the grid. You will save more under NEM 1.0 but you have to go solar before July!
