I like/respect GREG & his take--as a q.b. he KNOWS football well & he gives an HONEST intelligent view

I like Greg b/c he isn’t a Bamer Homer. He is very intelligent and his insights of being unbiased with other programs in the country. He’s one of best quarterback’s that played at Alabama. I love his commentary on television. He understands how to communicate to those who know little about the game. Great guy and wish him well in his new role of Commentary in Sports.

As a GA fan, all good things must come to an end. Their O line is less than expected, and they are likely to lose in the trenches, on both sides, actually. GA loses its first regular season game since 2020. Hopefully they keep it close and not a blow out.

Bad question, both Kiffen and Sark is having pretty big success. lets see, three Saban guys in the top 6.

I can answer that question. I know why Kirby has been so much more successful as head coach than all of the other coaches from the Nick Saban coaching tree :

*•* Mark Richt left him a gold mine
*•* Kirby was always an elite SEC recruiter
*•* He's a Georgia alumnus who understands
Athens
*•* UGA's administration was willing to financially commit completely to Kirby (largely because he was an alumnus the boosters wouldn't have to fear leaving them for another college or a NFL job someday down the line)
*•* UGA was always capable of this; it's practically gross incompotence for Georgia to have not been where they are now all this time
*•* Of everyone on the Saban coaching tree, Kirby was always the one who was the most similar to Nick Saban in terms of their personalities and psyches in how they're wired and motivated

It can go either way, Milroe and Beck are the X Factors. UGA honestly needs to prove they can beat Bama. If they can’t, well guess they aren’t who we thought they were.

The Dawgs need to play like they almost lost to Kentucky. Bc they did.

My bet is on the UGA, go Dawgs!

I think if Georgia can mentally play a good game, then they physically have a chance of winning. Like last season, it just seemed to come down to mistakes. As of the past Kentucky game, with Georgia not playing their best, I think that’s now become somewhat of a rivalry game. Kentucky always seems to play harder against Georgia at home and they simply want to beat one of the best teams in the nation.

Rattler Boom the TN game... He had the Stalions signs... never looked that good prior, and lost in the bowl game... hasn't returned since

Greg, stop. Spenser Rattler’s biggest issue (at least one of them) was always being told how great he was—and that he had zero boundaries. Come on man…at least be somewhat intellectually honest.

Fun fact: the team that wins the coin toss always wins between these two…. Go with heads ❤

Come on man, Kirby Smart is Nick Saban Jr, period! Georgia Bulldogs are run exactly as Bama was run! Now that Saban has retired Kirby is, in my humble opinion, the best college football head coach and I say this as a lifelong diehard Bama fan!

If Georgia put up 21 points in first half Georgia wins

Greg never has anything good to say about Bama. He never believes we can win. Hey Greg, why are you always so down on Bama and you are our biggest critic. I would have thought you love Bama but it’s obvious that you don’t. You got what you wanted from Bama (natty) and now show no respect. 🤬

Our offense starts slow to catch rythem but our defense they are dawgs. You no they gonna be ready to make a statement to. Alabama used to be the bully but not this time.

Texas is the biggest state besides Alaska, I mean damn! Greater population should turn out better players, no brainer!

I’m a DAWG fan and we got that BAMA monkey off our back but I truly believe BAMA still has the upper hand. We will see. Either way who ever loses it want knock them out the playoffs. The DAWGS have a very TUFF schedule. If they make the playoffs it will be an accomplishment in itself. We need to beat BAMA again to move forward.
