hey bobby, im 17 and i'm studying to get into art school this year. i need to improve my figure drawings, human anatomy etc. i draw everyday but lately i draw less figures and idk why but it seems so hard anymore. i cant draw the references easily that i drew before. i constantly make mistakes and drawing one figure takes more time than it did before. idk why i'm typing this here rn. your videos gives me some motivation and comfort. i hope u read this and give me some advice. thanks for posting everyday.

After many years of practice, hesitation was the biggest problem for me. I can make up all sorts of excuses. But it doesn't change the fact that I could have been practicing when I had the chance. I feel like I am late to the party, but I am more glad to be able to draw and study again. Mostly thanks to your videos and some games that reminded me of my passions.

Hi, always loved drawing since a small kid. In my early teens I did a large scribble, and looked to see what inspired me, turning the paper all angles, and ended up with the cutest sweet little ghost which I'd never have drawn otherwise!! My grandaughter although only 10 has always been an absolute natural since a tiny 2yo. When she was 6 I showed her my scribble technique, and she too does this, she named this technique as a "doodley do!" Perfect! Thank you for ur vids and encouragement 💗

It's rare for me to comment on a video but this video was just something special. Just listening to you speak in such a calm and articulate manner soothes my mind. I can just hear you speak and just silently draw along with the video. Thank you sir for your contribution towards the art community and the artists you've inspired (that includes me too)

Hey, i've been drawing since i was a child but never took it seriously like i never drew at home and pretty much all my skills are from drawing in school lessons out of boredom, but in the past days this drastically changed when i discovered your channel and for the past 5 days ive constantly drawn 3-4 hours a day at night while listening to your videos/tips and trying to learn so really thank you for the motivation you gave me and thank you for your work :D

I’ve been watching and rewatching your scribble, marker blot videos because it feels like the only way I can make something on my own. People always talk about reference but Pinterest and sites like it or really good finished creatures I dont even know how to take a lesson from. But I can use my sketchbook, some markers I have lying around, some Bic pens I have, and I can scribble. They haven’t turned into anything that I like but also, I scribbled. Its hard to just let go and scribble and try to take these forms out but when I have something that I kinda like it feels so good. Like each scribble is an art puzzle rather than smth im drawing. I think my favorite advice im gonna use next are using plants as reference. I have field guides on mushrooms, minerals, and plants that feel like good resources. Don’t know how to use them yet but I’ll figure it out. I dont have time or money for your course (or really the skill or need for it) so I hope this comment and my views is a good replacement. Ive wanted to an outlet for whatever crazy ideas I come up with and youre like the bob ross of creepy critters and I cant thank you enough.

Saw this video and decided to watch it. I think I’ve seen some of your creature thumbnail sketches before, and I thought they were really cool. Decided to pick up a pen and try my own while watching, and despite my lack of anatomical understanding, the sketches actually look good. Real motivation sparker.

I just drew a bug of some sort, whilst listening to this video. I do daily sketches and doodles, form bugs to spaceships - what ever the initial lines look like. Thank you for the inspiration and the encouragement.

Dude. I'm incredibly happy I stumbled upon your channel a few days ago! I didn't know about the thumbnail thing and I've never been much of a visual artist. I can't believe what I've brought to paper so far. I found something completely new and fun in life. Thank you so much!

Even though it’s been months since I picked up a pen or pencil to draw (Still in a rut), I think it’s very cool what you do for aspiring artist and the up and coming artists. It’s really appreciated.🦶

Hey brother, I am in my early forties and have drawn all my life but my artwork has never gotten Anywhere since I have always looked at my work and hated it. “Didn’t come out like I wanted.” You know how that is, I would go months without sketching. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU! Thank you for these videos. Finally after all these years I am starting to enjoy the process of doing Art again. Art For me. Keep the videos coming brother

I am working on a 100 day daily doodle prompt list by KeshArt here on YouTube. I had misplaced my book for a while. When I found it, I wondered if I should even complete it because so many weeks had passed. But I decided it's better to complete it than to just give up on it. I'm on my seventh day since picking it back up, on day 42 of the list itself. I am going to complete this prompt list, I don't know if I will post them or where. 🤷‍♀

Comibg from ID working towards character design for animation. Its trying to capture story moments through expression and acting and really getting to play around with shapes and anatomy to create something new.
