I would eat cheese, on sandwiches, slices on crackers, shredded cheese on omelette, or use it as topping, or just eat cut up cubes. When I told this to my trainer, he immediately said, “cut out cheese”! Once I did this I saw results, belly getting smaller 😊 more protein and of course adding some cardio but more strength training, was the trick for me!

For me i cut all carbs and all starchy food my 73kls. Down to 60kls only i eat 2 eggs every morning at 1 cup of organic coffee with out sugar. I eat all fatty food w/out carbs all my health prob's has gone like highblood. Trigle bad cholesterol i use my LCF fasting. Or Cercadian fasting 16 hrs to 8 hrs to eat. At my age of 63 yrs old. Thanks To God ❤❤❤. Only for 2x aday eating

I don’t know what l had to do due to l don’t wanna get big specially in my situation that l have my stroke &affected my leafy side can’t walk with out my cane lm being stroke for bribers now but l don’t give up l keep praying to our almighty lord from heaven he bid the only thing that l keep talking since I was stroke
