Source engine.. Showing off its abilities to date... You can see that the developers really worked their butts off on it back then - and didn't leave loose ends... Its. potential may be infinite and that would give the Steam community (most "based" gaming community in existence exactly the refreshment reassurement r&r it fuckin deserves if I might say.
