Inclusion of children with special needs in mainstream education: Voices from Moldova #AllmeansALL​

In 2007, Moldovan residential institutions housed over 11,000 orphans and children with special needs. The quality of education for these children often suffered. Since then, reforms have seen the country move towards a more inclusive education system.
