The bond between Britain and Estonia dates back to the end of the 1st World War when Britain helped Estonia fight the Russian Bolsheviks and gain independence. 99 years later and British troops are deploying to Estonia. They’ll lead one of the NATO multinational battlegroups to be based throughout the Baltics and Poland. On the 24th February every year, Estonia celebrates independence. A parade is held in the capital Tallinn. This year it was attended by various Allies, including British troops. This piece features shots of the independence day parade and interviews with a local historian and British army personnel.

That is a very casual march. More of a stroll really.
