This is Part 3 of my 15 day spring backcountry camping trip in Algonquin Park from May 2022. I paddle my Swift Prospector 14 pack boat with my dog Scout to explore a new 160km F.A.C.E. (Fun Algonquin Canoeing Experience) route through the park. We started at the Source lake access point #7 and we are creating a loop through Algonquin's interior. Here you'll find day's 7-10 which has us cross paths with some more moose, complete a 28km day and visit the two largest waterfalls in Algonquin Park on our way to Hogan lake.

When tripping through Algonquin, I navigate using Jeff's Maps and some screen shots of the maps are in the video. I purchased my maps years ago and are always with me on my trips.

Our Camp lakes- Owl, Burnt Island, Big trout, Longer, Burntroot, Nipissing River Oslar Marsh P850, Lower Nipissing River below P915, Narrowbag, Catfish, Hogan, La Muir, Happy Isle, Little Otterslide, Linda.

Another great video. A lot of moose and a lot of bugs on this trip. I get tired just watching you guys!

Poor scout looks tired in this video! You eat better meals camping than I do at home!!

I passed up that site on narrow bag on my trip! But looks like I should have stayed there, it was pretty nice inside.

That was an amazing looking pasta shell dinner! I don't have the dedication to cooking such nice meals in the backcountry on a long solo trip but watching you makes me want to try.

Oh man, that pasta looked incredible. Yes, please. What did you use to cover your pot while it was cooking? Also, what did you add in your coffee to make it Jay's Way 😆.
