You don't need to fill the studs with closed cell you only need 2-3 inches, and what a mess to clean up.

He's using no face protection, eye protection, respiratory protection, hearing protection or hand protection...jeez man, really? Just so you all know, that thing will tear your face right off if it hits your face. I have one and it works great but protection is a must.
